3 <br /> <br />Community Preservation Committee <br />Minutes <br />March 7, 2024 <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />To discuss the proposed acquisition, and value of real property of the following parcels; <br />9 Pickerel Cove Road, 17 Pickerel Cove Road, 25 Pickerel Cove Road, 33 Pickerel Cove Road, <br />87 Pickerel Cove Road, 7 Pickerel Cove Circle, 21 Pickerel Cove Circle, 25 Pickerel Cove Circle <br />and 0 Rear Pickerel Cove Road: <br /> <br />Motion made by Mr. Klein to move that the Community Preservation Committee convene <br />in Executive Session to discuss the proposed acquisition and value of the following parcels <br />of real property; 9 Pickerel Cove Road, 17 Pickerel Cove Road, 25 Pickerel Cove Road, 33 <br />Pickerel Cove Road, 87 Pickerel Cove Road, 7 Pickerel Cove Circle, 21 Pickerel Cove <br />Circle, 25 Pickerel Cove Circle and 0 Rear Pickerel Cove Road with the Chair having <br />declared that discussing this matter in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on <br />the negotiating position of the Town. <br />To reconvene in Open Session. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Wyman-Colombo. <br />VOTE: 8-0.
