4 <br /> <br />Community Preservation Committee <br />Minutes-Executive Session <br />March 7, 2024 <br /> <br />Present: Arden Russell, Mary Waygan, Lynne Barbee, Richard Klein, <br /> Michaela Wyman-Colombo, Sandi Godfrey, Judy MacDougall, Ted Schmuhl <br /> <br />Absent: Brian Hyde <br /> <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Russell at 5:37 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Ockway Meeting Room <br /> <br />Note: Ms. Waygan participated remotely via teleconference. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />To discuss the proposed acquisition, and value of real property of the following parcels; <br />9 Pickerel Cove Road, 17 Pickerel Cove Road, 25 Pickerel Cove Road, 33 Pickerel Cove Road, <br />87 Pickerel Cove Road, 7 Pickerel Cove Circle, 21 Pickerel Cove Circle, 25 Pickerel Cove Circle <br />and 0 Rear Pickerel Cove Road: <br /> <br />A brief discussion followed with respect to negotiations relative to the proposed acquisition and <br />value of real property as identified. <br /> <br />It was disclosed that negotiations have been delayed due to illness. <br /> <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion made by Mr. Klein to adjourn at 5:55 p.m. <br />Motion seconded by Ms. Wyman-Colombo. <br />VOTE: 8-0.
