5 <br /> <br />Community Preservation Committee <br />Minutes <br />March 7, 2024 <br /> <br />RECONVENE OPEN SESSION – 5:56 p.m. <br /> <br />Possible Review of Project Applications & Approval of Article to be considered for the May 6, <br />2024 Special Town Meeting; <br />Project: Pickerel Cove Road/Pickerel Cove Circle – Open Space Acquisition: <br /> <br />The Select Board will be requested to approve and recommend the Pickerel Cove Road/Pickerel <br />Cove Circle article for placement on the May 6, 2024 Special Town Meeting Warrant for; <br />a sum of money as negotiations are pending. It is anticipated that formal action would be taken <br />at Town Meeting. <br /> <br />NEXT MEETING – April 11, 2024 - 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion made by Mr. Klein to adjourn at 5:58 p.m. <br />Motion seconded by Ms. Wyman-Colombo. <br />VOTE: 8-0.
