6 <br /> <br />Community Preservation Committee <br />Minutes <br />May 16, 2024 <br />LIAISON REPORTS (continued) <br />Quashnet Playground: Near completion, awaiting new surface that is weather dependent to <br />install. <br />Baker Boat Landing: Permitting has been received. <br />Breezy Acres: Work is ongoing for the roof and window replacement project. <br />Homeyer Village: Not started. <br />Housing Production Plan: The final draft is complete. A joint meeting between the Select Board <br />and Planning Board is anticipated in late June. <br />Upper Quashnet River Restoration: The project is still in the planning and permitting phase. <br /> Ancient Burying Grounds Restoration: No report. <br /> LeClair Village: The LeClair Village affordable housing project is moving forward. <br />Applications are being taken. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />Motion made by Ms. MacDougall to enter into Executive Session at 7:44 p.m. to consider <br />the purchase, lease or value of the following parcels of the real property located at 9 <br />Pickerel Cove Road; Map 13 Parcel 53, 17 Pickerel Cove Road; Map 13 Parcel 54, 25 <br />Pickerel Cove Road; Map 13 Parcel 55, 33 Pickerel Cove Road; Map 13 Parcel 56, 87 <br />Pickerel Cove Road; Map 13 Parcel 1, 7 Pickerel Cove Circle; Map 13 Parcel 57, 21 <br />Pickerel Cove Circle; Map 14 Parcel 14, 25 Pickerel Cove Circle; Map 14 Parcel 4, and 0 <br />Rear Pickerel Cove Road; Map 14 Parcel 3 pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, section 21(a)(6), with <br />the Chair having declared that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the <br />negotiating position of the CPC, and to reconvene in Open Session thereafter. <br />Motion seconded by Ma.
