6 <br /> <br /> <br />Community Preservation Committee <br />Minutes-Executive Session <br />July 18, 2024 <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />To consider the purchase, lease or value of the following parcels of the real property located at 9 Pickerel <br />Cove Road; Map 13 Parcel 53, 17 Pickerel Cove Road; Map 13 Parcel 54, 25 Pickerel Cove Road; Map <br />13 Parcel 55, 33 Pickerel Cove Road; Map 13 Parcel 56, 87 Pickerel Cove Road; Map 13 Parcel 1, 7 <br />Pickerel Cove Circle; Map 13 Parcel 57, 21 Pickerel Cove Circle; Map 14 Parcel 14, 25 Pickerel Cove <br />Circle; Map 14 Parcel 4, and 0 Rear Pickerel Cove Road; Map 14 Parcel 3 pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, <br />section 21(a)(6), with the Chair having declared that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on <br />the negotiating position of the CPC. The meeting will reconvene in Open Session thereafter. (continued) <br /> <br />Motion made by Ms. Waygan to move forward with the acquisition of the (4) parcels to Town <br />Meeting as referenced for a sum not to exceed; $1,180,000 supporting the requirement for the <br />condition the parcels to remain fallow in their present condition. <br />Motion seconded by Ms. Wyman-Colombo. <br />VOTE: 5-2.
