3 <br /> <br /> <br />Community Preservation Committee <br />Minutes <br />August 15, 2024 <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />To consider the purchase, lease or value of the following parcel of real property; parcel 71-55 <br />located at 475 Nathan Ellis Highway pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, section 21(a)(6), with the Chair <br />having declared that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position <br />of the CPC: <br /> <br />Motion made by Ms. Barbee to enter into Executive Session at 6:48 p.m. to consider the <br />purchase, lease or value of the following parcel of real property; parcel 71-55 located at 475 <br />Nathan Ellis Highway pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, section 21(a)(6), with the Chair; Arden <br />Russell having declared that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the <br />negotiating position of the CPC. The meeting will reconvene in Open Session thereafter. <br />Motion seconded by Ms. Waygan. <br />VOTE: 8-0.
