Collins <br /> <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Russell at 7:17 p.m. <br /> Jehu Meeting Room, Mashpee Town Hall <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />To consider the purchase lease or value of the following parcel of real property bounded on all <br />sides by Popponesset Bay; Gooseberry Island pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, section 21(a)(6), with the <br />Chair having declared that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating <br />position of the CPC: <br /> <br />After discussing the Gooseberry Island property with Town Manager Rodney C. Collins, it was <br />agreed this is a worthwhile parcel for the appraised value to be determined. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion made by Ms. Waygan to close Executive Session and reconvene in Open Session at <br />7:22 p.m. <br />Motion seconded by Ms. Wyman-Colombo. <br />VOTE: 8-0.
