Mr. Reidy, second. All were in favor to accept the
application as a minor modification.
ADDITIONAL TOPICS
(This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate
would be discussed.)
Mr. Bonvie wanted to discuss the newspaper article regarding 50 Kim Path. He
was quoted extensively in the article, but a comment was left out that should be
on record. Mr. Bonvie stated he asked the Engineer during the hearing if he is
improving the flood situation; the Engineer said; yes, the new build will be
improving the flood situation, will be flood zone compliant, and a new IA system
is being installed. That is the reason Mr. Bonvie voted to approve the application
that will be better with the new build. The second statement is that some people
may not understand the reason there is a discussion of a 100-year storm, and
what the height of the water will be. He almost asked the Engineer to put a stake
on a pole that will indicate where the water line will be, and vehicles will be
underwater.
Approve February 12, 2025 Meeting Minutes.
Ms. Sangeleer made a motion to approve the meeting minutes.
