MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> FEBRUARY, 26, 2025 <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked what the year is for the storm water design. Mr. Bertolo said <br /> it's a 10-year storm. Mr. Bonvie asked if this project requires a 25-year storm <br /> design. Mr. Bertolo said that a 25-year storm is not required for single family <br /> house lots, and is required for four units or more. <br /> Mr. Bonvie had a discussion with the Board to get information from DEP <br /> regarding the requirements for a 10 and 25-year storm events for single family <br /> lots, etc. This has no reflection on this proposal. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Blaisdell, so <br /> moved. Mr. Milbury second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Owners, <br /> George L. Rice and Jennifer C. Rice under §174-17.1 and §174-33 of the Zoning <br /> Bylaws to raze and replace an existing single family residential structure on <br /> property located in an R-5 Zoning District, Map 57, Parcel 16, Mashpee, MA with <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Special Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Plot Plan - 90 Wheeler Road, Mashpee MA. Prepared for George and <br /> Jennifer Rice, Prepared by: JC Engineering Inc., Scale: 1" = 15', Dated: <br /> December 5, 2024, Revised: January 16, 2025, February 13, 2025, and <br /> February 25, 2025.
