He asked for Board for comments; there were <br /> none. There were no comments from the audience. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Blaisdell, so <br /> moved. Ms. Sangeleer, second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion for the application. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding to Owners, <br /> Domenic J. and Kathleen A. Venuto under §174-17 and §174-33 of the Zoning <br /> Bylaws to allow for construction of a garage addition, extension, to a pre-existing, <br /> nonconforming structure on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 105, <br /> Parcel 252, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions: <br /> 8. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Written Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 9. Site Plan - Prepared for: Domenic Venuto, 105 Waterway, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Prepared by: Cape 8v Islands Engineering, Title: Garage Enclosure Plan, <br /> Date: 12/16/24: Add Garage Enclosure and Flood Vent Requirement, <br /> 1/7/25: Add Zoning Table, 1/10/25, Update Owner.
