Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members William A. <br /> Blaisdell, Ron Bonvie, Norman J. Gould, Associate Members Sharon Sangeleer, George <br /> Ganzen uller,and Charlie Reidy were present.Also present was Rodney C. Collins,Town <br /> Manager, Mayne Taylor, Assistant Town Manager, and Attorney, Patrick J. Costello, <br /> Town Counsel. <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at :30 pin and announced that this hearing was not <br /> televised, and was being held as a virtual/remote meeting. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Discuss Strategy with Respect to fending Litigation in the Matter of Scannell, et <br /> al. v. Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals and Town of Mashpee, with the Chair <br /> Having Declared that an Open Meeting may Have a Detrimental Effect on the <br /> Litigating Position of the Board Pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, §21 (a)(3). <br /> r. Furbush announced that the following members were sitting on thishearing; Ron <br /> onvie, Bill Blaisdell, Charlie Reidy, Sharon Sangeleer, and himself. <br /> Motion to Enter Executive Session: <br /> At 4:38 pm, Mr. Furbush made a motion to move into Executive Session, Ms. Sangeleer <br /> seconded.Mr. Furbush did a roll call vote;Ms. Sangeleer,yes,Mr.Leidy,yes,Mr.Bonvie, <br /> yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, and Mr. Furbush, yes. All were in favor to enter into Executive <br /> Session. <br /> Attorney Costello presented a document to the Board members titled "Settlement <br /> Agreement and Release". He briefly discussed the proceedings in the document that <br /> involved the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Planning Board, Blue Sky, and the Cape Cod <br /> Commission regarding the location of mounting a cell tower service facility at 101 Red <br /> Brook Road. <br /> 1 <br />
