MEETING MINUTES <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> THURSDAY,JANUARY 13, 2022 <br /> To approve the "Settlement Agreement and Release"will require the signatures of the <br /> Board members, and to be notarized. <br /> Motion <br /> At 4:45 pm, Mr. Reidy moved that the Zoning Board of Appeals accept the terms of the <br /> proposed"Settlement Agreement and Release" forwarded by Town Counsel in the matter <br /> of Scannell, et al. v. Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals and To of Mashpee in final <br /> disposition of the claims asserted in that litigation and that the Board proceed to execute <br /> said "Settlement Agreement and Release". <br /> . Bonvie seconded. Mr. Furbush did a roll call vote. Ms. Sangeleer,yes, Mr. Reidy,yes, <br /> Mr. Bonvie, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, and Mr. Furbush, yes. All were in favor to end the <br /> Executive Session. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Blaisdell seconded. Mr. Furbush did a roll <br /> call vote. Ms. Sangeleer, yes, Mr. Reidy, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, and Mr. <br /> Furbush, yes. All were in favor.
