Town of Mashpee Conservation Commission
16 Great Neck Road North
Mashpee, MA 02649
decking to reduce shading impacts. He noted that this is another project where the mitigation monitoring period is
still active, with approximately one year of monitoring remaining. He recommended that, if the Commission issues
the Certificate of Compliance, it include an ongoing condition specifying that mitigation monitoring and reporting
must continue until the full monitoring period has been completed. He also reminded the Commission that the site
had problems during construction, including failed silt fence, work extending beyond the approved limit of work,
and enforcement action by staff(including an on-site visit from Dan). However,he reported that the current
condition of the property is excellent: the mitigation plantings have grown in, the disturbed areas are fully
stabilized, and the site now appears to be in full compliance with the Order of Conditions.
Chair Cook sought clarification regarding the scope of the COC,pointing out that the brief description in front of
them referred only to site improvements and dock maintenance. Mr. McManus confirmed that the Certificate of
Compliance is intended to cover all activities authorized under the original NOI, including the house reconstruction,
dock improvements, and mitigation plantings.
MOTION: To approve COC with ongoing monitoring condition for 25 Tide Run.
Motion bv: Sandi Godfrey Seconded by: Richard Sahl
Vote: Motion passed by unanimous vote.
(Steven Cook, Paul Colombo, Sandi Godfrey,Richard Sahl)
NOL• Notice of Intent
AOOC: Amend Order of Conditions
EXT: Extension
RDA: Request for Determination of Applicability
COC: Certificate of Compliance
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: To adjourn.
Motion by: Sandi Godfrey Seconded by: Richard Sahl
Vote: Motion passed by unanimous vote.
(Steven Cook, Paul Colombo, Sandi Godfrey,Richard Sahl)
Meeting adjourned at 8:36 pm.
Respectfully submitted,
Gina Gonsalves
Board Secretary
List of Documents:
Minutes of 10.23.2025
Agenda and Meeting Packet
21
