Mashpee Waterways Committee Minutes <br /> Mashpee Town Hall <br /> 16 Great Neck Rd North <br /> Mashpee, Ma. 03649 <br /> 8/21/2024 <br /> Popponesset Room <br /> Attendees: <br /> Stephen Mone, Chairman <br /> Dick Noonan <br /> Tim Leedham <br /> Ron Marchessault <br /> Rick Santangelo <br /> Ken Bates <br /> Absent: <br /> Gregg Fraser <br /> Present: <br /> Harbormaster Robert Tomaino <br /> Ryan Cavanaugh of Tight& Bond Consulting via zoom <br /> Members of the Public Present: <br /> Earl Cate <br /> 6:04 PM Meeting called to order. <br /> Old Business <br /> At the conclusion of the July Meeting Mr. Cavanaugh agreed to examine the possibility of <br /> moving the fuel dock closer to shore rather than extend it 10' further out. Committee members <br /> received an emailed report regarding this. Several members also made OR site visits to the New <br /> Seabury Marina fuel dock. Mr. Cate, an abutter to the proposed fuel dock project,restated his <br /> concern of boats waiting for fuel in the narrow channel. <br /> After discussion, Mr. Noonan made a motion to accept the plans as submitted at the July <br /> meeting. In addition, the Committee recommended the following Order of Conditions on the <br /> permit: <br /> No docking of vessels on the outside face of the new docks <br /> No cleats installed on the outside face of the new docks <br /> Signage on the outside face indicating no docking of vessels <br />
