MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> NOVEMBER 12, 2025 <br /> Mr. Ganzenmuller read an abutter letter dated October 27, 2025 from 6 Slippershell Road. She <br /> claims she did not receive an abutter letter, but was referencing the Conservation Commission <br /> meetings. She also had concerns with the sun blocking her green house. <br /> Attorney Kirrane addressed the abutter letter. His clients have never had any denial or has been <br /> before this Board. <br /> Mr.Bonvie wanted to confirm abutter notifications. There were no more comments from the Board <br /> or audience. <br /> Mr. Morris stated that the lot coverage is 20.1% and could be allowed 25%. He wants to review <br /> the spiral staircase during the permitting process. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Furbush, so moved. Mr. <br /> Ganzenmuller, second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding for 42 Seconsett Island Road with <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
