MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> NOVEMBER 12, 2025 <br /> Attorney Wall mentioned that this project is similar in size and character to the other dwellings in <br /> the neighborhood. This house will be improved with a new septic system, it will be building code <br /> compliant, and the restoration and mitigation will be an improvement to the lot. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board. There were no more comments from the audience. <br /> Mr. Morris agreed with Attorney Wall that the Board should only be reviewing the setback from <br /> wetlands. The Conservation Commission approved the project. The other setbacks are conforming. <br /> Mr. Bonvie agreed that the coastal bank will improve with the extensive mitigation. <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Reidy, second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion for the application. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding to 34 Triton Way with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
