Members discussed avoiding clusters where the <br /> Commission might meet three or four consecutive weeks, a challenge encountered in prior years. They <br /> considered using the months that already contain only one regular meeting—such as July and November <br /> as natural opportunities to include quarterly sessions without creating additional congestion. <br /> 1 <br />
