Ms. Waygan forwarded Yarmouth's RFQ to Mr. Tobin as supporting document. <br /> Members discussed consultant specialization, competitive bid pool size, and the need for interdepartmental <br /> involvement and stakeholder engagement. Mashpee Boat Ramp <br /> Email was received from Catherine Laurent, Director of Mashpee DPW regarding the Mashpee Pond <br /> Boat Ramp—storm water improvements. Plans were finalized; bid will be issued; construction to begin in <br /> February with substantial completion before Memorial Day. Funded by CZM and Mass Office of Fishing <br /> &Boating Access.No CPC funds have been spent. <br /> 2.
