Mr. Virgilio seconded. Unanimous <br /> vote ( -0) <br /> ® Discussion of subdivision Topspin a —0 Rocki oa Seabury <br /> • Dave Crispin, Land Surveyor and Civil Engineer addressed the Board. He <br /> explained his history with this project and the original agreement was to not <br /> exceed 200 building lots. This final part is building 199. Entire site is on a private <br /> sewer with plenty of capacity. No issue with storm water run offs. Everything in <br /> Phase 5 is recharged. Town water is going in. <br /> • r. Seabury stated that this is with a Sad party engineering i the Planning <br /> department and the department has not yet received the comments. Mr. <br /> Seabury suggests going through comments from the Board and ten continue to <br /> next meeting where comments will be available, <br /> • r. Seabury asked Mr. Crispin about recharge area from the storm water runoffs <br /> incorporating the tennis courts and the road, if all oft the calculations have been <br /> figured. Mr. Crispin confirms. <br /> • Mr. Seabury made the following comments/recommendations: <br /> o A 10 foot sleeve be added on either the water or sewer line. <br /> 1 <br />
