Review of request of variance to local IA regulation—30 Captains Row. « Mr. Seabury explained that this variance is typically an in house approval but since it is on the agenda we should review • The homeowners want to add a deck which requires movement of the septic tank. Local regulation states that moving tank triggers IA 1000 foot regulation. This property is in Phase 2 of the sewer project, • John Livingston made a motion to approve the variance to the 1000 foot IA regulation. Mr. Virgilio seconded. Unanimous vote (3-0) 4. Review of request for Title 5 variances— 31 Nicks Trail • Bob from Engineering Works introduced himself to the Board. He stated that a Title 5 report was done and is in Hydrolytic Failure. « Mr, Seabury stated that the leach field is in hydrolytic failure they are replace the leach field and d box and putting in a pump chamber, and adding the sludgeharnmer IA system. They are requesting a variance from the property line (3 feet), a variance from set back from SAS (11 feet) and a I foot reduction from adjusted high ground water. Mr. Seabury does not have an issue with any of the requested variances. « Mr. Livingston motioned to grant the variances as requested. Mr. Ring seconds.
