Mr. Crispin clarified, they were requesting 2 variances, the <br /> other being for a separation of 2 streets which require a 150 foot minimum <br /> an there's only about 140 feet. <br /> « John Livingston made a motion to continue to the next December 3rd, 2025 <br /> meeting after review of 3r, party engineer comments. Mr. Ring seconded. <br /> Unanimous vote (3-0) <br /> 3. Review of request of variance to local IA regulation—30 Captains Row. <br /> « Mr. Seabury explained that this variance is typically an in house approval but <br /> since it is on the agenda we should review <br /> • The homeowners want to add a deck which requires movement of the septic <br /> tank. Local regulation states that moving tank triggers IA 1000 foot <br /> regulation. This property is in Phase 2 of the sewer project, <br /> • John Livingston made a motion to approve the variance to the 1000 foot IA <br /> regulation. Mr. Virgilio seconded. Unanimous vote (3-0) <br /> 4. Review of request for Title 5 variances— 31 Nicks Trail <br /> • Bob from Engineering Works introduced himself to the Board. He stated that <br /> a Title 5 report was done and is in Hydrolytic Failure. <br /> « Mr, Seabury stated that the leach field is in hydrolytic failure they are replace <br /> the leach field and d box and putting in a pump chamber, and adding the <br /> sludgeharnmer IA system. They are requesting a variance from the property <br /> line (3 feet), a variance from set back from SAS (11 feet) and a I foot <br /> reduction from adjusted high ground water. Mr. Seabury does not have an <br /> issue with any of the requested variances. <br /> « Mr. Livingston motioned to grant the variances as requested. Mr. Ring <br /> seconds.
