<br />Select Board <br />September 8,2025 <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Jessica Colpitts, Town Clerk, noted the dates and times for the Special Town Election had <br />already been confirmed. The purpose of the current discussion was to approve the warrant <br />itself with ballot questions. Town Manager Rodney Collins acknowledged the tight timeline <br />but emphasized that the process is in full compliance with legal requirements. <br /> <br />Motion made by Selectman Weeden to review and approve of October 25, 2025, Special <br />Election Warrant. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Richardson. <br /> <br />Vote: 5-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Weeden-yes <br />Selectman Cotton-yes <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes <br />Selectman Richardson-yes <br />Jessica Colpitts noted that the final item on the memo is not a state mandate, but it is <br />strongly recommended—that the Select Board formally approve an alternative polling <br />location in the event of an emergency.
