<br />Select Board <br />September 8,2025 <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br />Vote: 5-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Weeden-yes <br />Selectman Cotton-yes <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes <br />Selectman Richardson-yes <br /> Review of Draft #6 of October 2025 Annual Town Meeting Warrant <br /> <br />Town Manager Rodney Collins referenced a memo from the Town Planner recommending <br />that Warrant Article 10 be withdrawn. He explained that, assuming the Select Board agrees <br />to take that action, the Board would then proceed to review Draft 6B of the warrant. <br /> <br />Motion made by Selectman Cotton to resend the vote on warrant article 10 to remove it <br />from the warrant. <br />Motion seconded by Selectwoman Kelley Wilson. <br />Vote: 5-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Weeden-yes <br />Selectman Cotton-yes <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes <br />Selectman Richardson-yes <br />Review and Execution of October 2025 Annual Town Meeting Warrant <br /> <br />Assistant Town Manager Wayne Taylor noted a printing error on Draft 6B, clarifying that the <br />Select Board vote on Article 4 should be recorded as 5-0. Regarding Article 7, Taylor <br />confirmed that the proposed zoning change would have no adverse e?ect on Mashpee <br />Commons. <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />
