Public Hearing Called to Order: The Public Hearing was called to order by Jill Allen at <br /> 5:30 PM. A quorum was declared with the following members present, Jill Allen, Mary <br /> LeClair, Lisa Meizinger, and Richard Klein. <br /> ® Presentation of Mashpee Housing Authority's Annual Plan FY2026: The Annual Plan <br /> was submitted tote members of the board prior to the meeting. Ms. Conn reviewed the <br /> sections of the plan and discussed in detail the Capital Improvement Plan (CIF' . The <br /> Breezy Acres building envelope project was completed last year. Homeyer Village Roof <br /> Replacement, Dumpster Enclosure, and Unit #9 Vacancy Rehab projects were reviewed, <br /> as well as an emergency mixing valve replacement at Breezy Way. Additional projects <br /> added to the plan this year are laundry room upgrades at Homeyer Village,and the Building <br /> Envelope Project. Various other emergency projects were reviewed briefly as they were <br /> added to the CIP as emergency projects and discussed at previous meetings. The board <br /> briefly reviewed the remaining components of the proposed plan and opened public <br /> comment with a limitation of two minutes per person. <br /> 3. Public Comment: Public comments were received regarding the 2022 Community <br /> Preservation Act funding for Breezy Acres, and Homeyer Village. Other public comments <br /> were regarding the deferred maintenance, vacancy turnovers, and budget line items that <br /> were related to the Resident Services Coordinator Grant. The board answered all questions <br /> addressed during the public comment period. Clarifications were made as to the other <br />
