Discussion and Vote to Approve the Annual Plan FY2026: The board further discussed <br /> the vacancy turnover project at Homeyer Village, and noted the costs associated with the <br /> prevailing wage rates, architectural drawings, and overall procurement. Lisa Meizinger <br /> moved to approve the Mashpee Housing Authority Proposed Annual Plan for Fiscal <br /> Year 2026, seconded by Mary LeClair. Motion carried. 3-Ayes, 0-Nays, Richard Klein- <br /> Abstained. <br /> 5. Public Hearing Adjournment: Richard Klein moved to adjourn the Public Hearing, <br /> seconded by Mary LeClair. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. The public hearing closed <br /> at 6:00 PM. <br /> 6. Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Jill Allen, Chair. <br /> A quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen,Mary LeClair,Lisa <br /> Meizinger, and Richard Klein. <br /> 7. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve the <br /> general session minutes of February 13, 2025. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the <br /> minutes of the February 13, 2025, meeting, seconded by Ms. LeClair. Motion carried. <br /> 3-Ayes, 0-Nays, Richard Klein-Abstained. The board then reviewed the minutes of the <br /> March 3, 2025, Executive Session. Mr. Klein moved to approve and hold the minutes <br /> of the Executive Session of March 3, 2025, seconded by Ms. LeClair. Motion Carried. <br /> 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 8. Treasurer's Report & Warrants: Ms. Conn reviewed the February 2025 Financials, the <br /> reserve level was at 42.96% and is expected to remain above the 35% threshold at year- <br /> end,extraordinary maintenance items were discussed such as plumbing repairs,dryers,and <br /> pedestals for all washers and dryers, as well as benches,and computer repairs. Most of the <br /> extraordinary maintenance items were tenant requested. The February 2025 Warrants were <br /> then reviewed. at Fitters was a tub surround that was replaced at Homeyer due to leaks. <br /> Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the February 2025 Financials and Warrants as <br /> presented, seconded by Ms. LeClair. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 9. Executive Director's Report&Ul!dates: Ms. Conn reported that there are two vacancies, <br /> the Capital Project at Homeyer, and one it at Ashers Path, where there have been three <br /> offers made with all three refusals. There are eleven outstanding rents: three at Breezy <br /> Acres, six at Homeyer Village, one at Great Cove, and one at Asher's Path. Three tenants <br /> are under repayment agreements, seven are short pays with notices sent, and one is from a <br /> vacated tenant eviction. Administrative staff completed eighty-six recertifications between <br /> Brewster and Mashpee for March 1, 2025, and Mattapoisett has an additional sixty-four <br /> that will be completed before June 1, 2025. Great Cove compliance audit is in progress, as <br /> well as Asher's Path year-end and annual audit. Vincent Gault, and two new Maintenance <br /> Staff have recently attended a two-day OSHA certification class. Capital Project#172076 <br />
