Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:36 PM by Jill Allen,Chair. <br /> A quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen, Lisa Meizinger, <br /> and Richard Klein. <br /> 2. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve the <br /> public hearing and general session minutes of March 13, 2025. Ms. Meizinger moved to <br /> approve the minutes of the Public Hearing and General Session held on March 13, <br /> 2025, seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion carried. 36Ayes, O-Nays. <br /> 3. Treasurer's Report & Warrants: Ms. Conn reported that the March 2025 quarterly <br /> financials were not available as of the meeting date. The board reviewed the March 2025 <br /> Warrants and a brief discussion ensued. Ms. Meizinger moved to table the financials <br /> and approve the March 2025 Warrants, seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion carried. 3- <br /> Ayes, O-Nays. <br /> 4. Executive Director's Report&Updates:Ms.Conn reported that there are two vacancies, <br /> the Capital Project at Homeyer, and one unit at As hers Path. There are two more expected <br /> at Asher's Path. There are nine outstanding rents: four at Breezy Acres, three at Homeyer <br /> Village, one at Great Cove, and one at Asher's Path. Four tenants are under repayment <br /> agreements,four are short pays with notices sent,and one is from a vacated tenant eviction. <br /> Administrative staff is working on four project based voucher lease ups, with sixty-four <br /> annual recertifications coming for Mattapoisett Housing Authority. Great Cove audit is in <br /> progress, as well as the draft annual audit for Asher's Path. Vincent Gault, Maintenance <br /> Director retired after nineteen years of service, and staff is working on a new job <br /> description before advertising in early May. Capital Project #172076 update is that the <br /> construction is off meeting is scheduled for tomorrow and a construction time line will <br /> be established at the meeting.
