A lease violation letter will be submitted, and the resident will be required to sign a <br /> repayment agreement for damages. <br /> 5. Old Business: Mr. Klein reported that there has not been a Community Preservation <br /> Committee meeting due to scheduling conflicts. <br /> 6. New Business: Ms. Conn reviewed the board priorities questionnaire and requested board <br /> members to complete and provide feedback on priorities and expectations. Ms. Meizinger <br /> moved to postpone the discussion until the next meeting for additional board member <br /> participation, seconded by Richard Klein. Motion carried. 3-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 7.
