Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Jill Allen,Chair. <br /> A quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen,Mary LeClair,Lisa <br /> Meizinger, and Richard Klein. <br /> 2. Election of Officers & Annual Appointment of Member to Community Preservation <br /> Tommittee: Ms. LeClair moved to reappoint all officers into their existing positions <br /> of Jill Allen, Chairperson, Mary LeClair, Vice Chairperson/State Appointee, Lisa <br /> Meizinger, Treasurer, Kevin Shackett, Assistant Treasurer, & Richard Klein, <br /> Member; seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Meizinger <br /> moved to reappoint Richard Klein as the liaison to the Community Preservation <br /> Committee, seconded by Ms. LeClair. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 3. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms.Allen entertained a motion to approve the <br /> general session minutes of May 8, 2025. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the minutes <br /> of the General Session held on May 8, 2025,seconded by Ms. LeClair. Motion carried. <br /> 4-Ayes, O-Nays. <br /> 4. Treasurer's Report. & Warrants: Ms. Conn reviewed the April & May 2025 Financials <br /> and required year-end reporting. The current reserve levels are back up above the required <br /> 35% due to moving the extraordinary maintenance from the operating financials to the <br /> capital improvement plan, the current reserves are now at 51.22%. Ms. Meizinger moved <br /> to approve the April 2025 & May 2025 Financials as discussed, seconded by Mr. <br /> Klein. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Conn further reviewed the approved budget <br /> revision whereas Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) <br />
