Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Jill Allen, Chair. <br /> A quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen,Mary LeClair,Lisa <br /> Meizinger, and Richard Klein. <br /> 2. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve the <br /> general session minutes of June 12, 2025. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the minutes <br /> of the General Session held on June 12,2025,seconded by Ms.LeClair.Motion carried. <br /> 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 3. Treasurer's Report. & Warrants: Ms. Conn reviewed the 6/30/2025 Year End <br /> Fin an ials, Wage Match Acknowledgement, Top Five Compensation Report,TAR,&Y/E <br /> Certifications. Mashpee Housing Authority ended the year with a reserve level of 59.30% <br /> due tote extraordinary items that were moved to the Capital Improvement Plan. <br /> Extraordinary maintenance completed this year was plumbing&heating repairs,electrical <br /> breaker panel replacements, security cameras, reasonable accommodations, benches and <br /> picnic tables, computer upgrades, and appliance replacements.
