Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Jill Allen, Chair. <br /> A quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen,Mary LeClair, and <br /> Lisa Meizinger. Ms. Meizinger moved to add on an agenda item under new business to <br /> discuss the Utility Allowance Schedules, seconded by Ms. LeClair. 3-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 2. Aaroval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve the <br /> general session minutes of August 14,2025. Ms.LeClair moved to approve the minutes <br /> of the General Session held on August 14, 2025, seconded by Ms. Meizinger. Motion <br /> carried. 3-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 3. Treasurer's Report. & Warrants: Ms. Conn reviewed July 2025 Financials, the current <br /> reserve level was at 57.88% but are compared to last year's budget since the budget <br /> guidelines have just been issued. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the July 2025 <br /> Financials, seconded by Ms. LeClair. Motion carried. 3-Ayes, 0-Nays. The board then <br /> reviewed the August 2025 Warrants and discussed the capital project payments. Ms. <br /> Meizinger moved to approve the August 2025 Warrants, as discussed, seconded by <br /> Ms. Allen. Motion carried. 3-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 4. 'Executive Director's Report& Updates: Ms. Conn reported that there is one vacancy at <br /> mByer, due to a transfer to the first floor. There are two vacancies at Asher's Path that <br /> are expected to be leased by the end of the month. There are ten outstanding rents, five <br /> from Breezy Acres,three from Homeyer, and two from Great Cove; six tenants are under <br /> repayment agreements,one vacated tenant eviction, one returned check,one left a message <br /> Qk.,00 1pwwu,��"'o <br />
