for, and one court case. The Ad min Staff will be attending the MassNAHRO Conference <br /> next week as well as the One Cape Summit. The Maintenance Director position has been <br /> offered to two candidates,but both declined mostly due to on-call responsibility. The other <br /> candidates interviewed did not meet the qualifications of the position. The position will be <br /> changed to a Maintenance Mechanic position and will be reposted. There was mold <br /> re mediation within a it at Homeyer Village, and a Capital Improvement (CIP) revision <br /> was submitted. The Building Envelope/Roof Replacement Project for Homeyer Village is <br /> under discussion with Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) <br /> and will hopefully go out to bid in the Spring. <br /> 5. Old Business: Mr. Klein was absent from the meeting so there was no CPC update. <br /> 6. New Business: The board reviewed the Open Meeting Law Complaint Decision OML <br /> 2025-125, and_a brief discussion ensued regarding remote meeting access. Ms. Meizinger <br /> moved to provide remote meeting access to the complainant effective immediately, a <br /> letter will be sent notifying them that a remote meeting access link will be sent <br /> monthly by the Executive Director to the last known e-mail address of the <br /> complainant, with the responsibility of the complainant to update their e-mail <br /> address,when necessary, seconded by Ms. Allen. Motion carried. 3-Ayes, 0-Nays. The <br /> board then reviewed Public Housing Notice (PHN) 2025-11 FY2026 Budget Guidelines. <br /> The board reviewed the Utility Allowance Schedules as drafted. Ms. Meizinger moved to <br /> approve the Utility Allowance Schedules effective October 1, 2025, seconded by Ms. <br /> LeClair. Motion carried. 3-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 7. 'Other Business: None. <br /> 8. Correspondence/Communications: None. <br /> 9. Next Meeting Date and Time: Next meeting October 9, 2025, 5:30 PM at Asher's Path <br /> Community Room, I Carleton Drive. <br /> io.
