ON Provew #from—to.Vr 1i t. <br /> 16 Great Neck Rd.North <br /> pt'ybMuw cM1 <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> Board of Health — Public Meeting Minutes <br /> Wednesday, December 17, 2025 <br /> Waquoit Meeting Room, Mashpee Town Hall <br /> Board Members Present: Absentee Members: Additional Attendees: <br /> Ernest Virgilio,Chair Zackary Seabury,Health Agent <br /> John Livingston,Vice Chair <br /> Dennis Ring,Clerk <br /> CALL MEETING TO ORDER <br /> 4:30 Mr. Virgilio, called the meeting to order. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Pete McEntee BSS Design - review of request for Title 5 variances—28 Wilsons Grove <br /> • Mr. McEntee explains this is a raise and replace which will reduce the footprint <br /> of house.The lot is small so several variances are needed. <br /> • Abutters have been notified and in support of the variances. <br /> • As of this meeting two additional variances are needed. <br /> • Abutters need to be notified of additional variances. <br /> • Health Agent Seabury recommends approving current variances and a <br /> conditional approval of new variance to foundation at 30 and 28 Wilsons Grove. <br /> • Mr. Livingston asks about the abutter notification. <br /> • Mr Virgilio makes a motion and Mr. Livingston seconds the motion. All in favor. <br /> Motion passes unanimously (3). <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Reviewed and Approved Minutes—October 1, November 19 & December 3, 2025. <br /> • Motion to approve minutes from October 1, 2025, November 19, 2025 and <br /> December 3, 2025 as written. All in favor. Minutes are approved. <br /> Discussion to limit the use of Sludghammer I/A product in Mashpee. <br /> • Health Agent Seabury explained that the Sledgehammer product does not have <br /> MassDEP approval as a nitrogen reducing technology and therefor feels that <br /> Sludgehammer products in Mashpee will might not count toward the Nitrogen <br /> TMDL for the Town of Mashpee watershed permit. He suggest that the date for <br /> implementing this regulation be pushed out to late February or early March so <br /> 1 <br />
