He points out that routine <br /> maintenance is relatively easier than more complicated I/A systems. <br /> • Mr. Ring highlighted the affordability of the product and its potential positive <br /> impact on residents. He also noted the product's demonstrated ability to reduce <br /> nitrogen loads, emphasizing that it represents a financially and environmentally <br /> sound option for Mashpee homeowners, <br /> • Motion passes to limit use of Sludgehammer Products in the Town of Mashpee <br /> for I/A reduction, unless a variance is approved, starting March 1, 2026. <br /> HEALTH AGENT DISCUSSION <br /> 1. Next meeting is January 7, 2026. On the agenda is public hearing to consider the <br /> adoption of a new Mashpee Board of Health Regulation prohibiting the manufacture, <br /> sale, and distribution of Kratom. Mr. Ring expressed his concerns about the public <br /> hearing and whether an officer would be needed to be in attendance.
