Town of Mashpee Sewer Commission t 16 Great Neck Road North Mashpee, MA 02649 Meeting Minutes of the Mashpee Sewer Commission Thursday, December 18, 2025; 2:00 PM Mashpee Town Hall- Waquoit Meeting Room 16 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, MA 02649 *In-person and televised meeting* Present:Vice Chair, Alfred Towle; Commissioners Joseph Lyons, and Cody Erickson, Wastewater Superintendent, Jared Meader and Ashley Fisher, Water Quality Coordinator Via Zoom: Chair Meredith Harris Absent: Commissioner Mohan Nair Vice Chair Towle called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. in open session. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Vice Chair Towle asked for a moment of silence. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Vice Chair Towle requested a review of November 20, 2025, meeting minutes and any changes or comments to them. MOTION: To accept November 20, 2025, minutes. Motion by: Joseph Lyons Seconded bv: Cody Erickson Discussion: Vice Chair Towle stated that there was an error regarding the spelling of Mr. Drainville's first name.It is spelled Marc not Mark. Vote: Motion passed by unanimous vote. (Alfred Towle, Joseph Lyons and Cody Erickson) PUBLIC COMMENT No public comment. OLD BUSINESS Nothing discussed NEW BUSINESS GHD UPDATE & Future Phasing Mr. Drainville provided an overview of ongoing wastewater/sewer work: • Phase 1: The plan is operating and primary Phase 1 connections are underway. • Phase 1A: Final stages, with substantial completion expected in January. • Phase 2: Construction is underway; full contractor activity is expected by February, noting only about half the contractors were active at the time of the meeting. o Contract 1: Work started at the Water Resource Recovery Facility. o Contract 2: Pump station work; clearing began at some pump station sites.
