FINCOM-Regular Session <br />December 11,2025 <br /> <br />It was reported that the Town’s current gross debt includes approximately $38 million for <br />the police station and sewer projects, and approximately $199 million in additional <br />outstanding debt obligations. While some of this debt carries no interest, the principal <br />must still be repaid.
