MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 10, 2025 Mr. Morris mentioned that he issued a building permit for the interior portion of this project. Attorney Kirrane asked for a continuation until Wednesday, January 14, 2026 to confirm the comments submitted by both Conservation and Board of Health Departments and to revise the site plan for the Board to approve. Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to accept the continuance. Mr. Furbush so moved. Mr. Caggiano second. All were in favor. 367 Mashpee Neck Road: Owners, Gary M. and Linda Oldham, Trustees of the Oldham Nominee Trust request a Special Permit under §174-17.1 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace an existing single-family residential structure with a new single-family residential structure on property located in the R-3 Zoning District, Map 90, Parcel 55, Mashpee, MA. (Received letter from Attorney requesting a continuance until January 14, 2026, hearings). Mr. Reidy read Attorney Kirrane's letter of request to continue the hearing until Wednesday, January 14, 2026. Attorney Kirrane stated that the application is pending Conservation Commission approval. Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to accept the continuance. Mr. Furbush so moved. Mr. Caggiano second.
