He would like the Board to authorize him to be able to sign off on these, as <br /> opposed to waiting fora Board meeting every time. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to authorize the Town Planner to sign off on the <br /> scope of work for each project. Seconded by Mr. Oakley. All in favor. <br /> AHC Speaker Series: Lets Talk Housing <br /> The Affordable Housing Committee started their speaker series with Alexis Lanzillotta with <br /> Barrett Planning Group. Barrett helped with the HPP and she spoke on the SHI and how the <br /> Committee can work together with the Trust in a formal and cooperative manner. The next <br /> speaker is Renie Hamman with the Barnstable County HOME Consortium and Patty Daley <br /> from the Cape Cod Commission. The next meeting is February 3rd at 6:30PM. <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Cape Cod Commission- They approved the Barnstable LCP. They focused on <br /> protecting the overdevelopment of coastal regions. <br /> Charter Review Committee- No Report— Remove from Agenda <br /> Community Preservation <br /> Committee- No Meeting <br /> Design Review- No Meeting <br /> Plan Review- No Meeting <br /> Environmental Oversight <br /> Committee- Meeting January 8, 2026 <br /> Historic District Commission- No Meeting <br /> Next Meeting: Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 10:30AM in the Waquoit Meeting Room at Town <br /> Hall. They are going to finish Open Space and Recreation along with Transportation and <br /> Sustainability.
