Aannin Board c� 16 Great Neck Road North .wlashpee, Aassachusetts 02649 Request a Vote to Authorize Engineering Scope Mr. Tobin explained that Tighe & Bond requires a sign-off for scope of work on each project we refer to them. He would like the Board to authorize him to be able to sign off on these, as opposed to waiting fora Board meeting every time. MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to authorize the Town Planner to sign off on the scope of work for each project. Seconded by Mr. Oakley. All in favor. AHC Speaker Series: Lets Talk Housing The Affordable Housing Committee started their speaker series with Alexis Lanzillotta with Barrett Planning Group. Barrett helped with the HPP and she spoke on the SHI and how the Committee can work together with the Trust in a formal and cooperative manner. The next speaker is Renie Hamman with the Barnstable County HOME Consortium and Patty Daley from the Cape Cod Commission. The next meeting is February 3rd at 6:30PM. COMMITTEE REPORTS Cape Cod Commission- They approved the Barnstable LCP. They focused on protecting the overdevelopment of coastal regions. Charter Review Committee- No Report— Remove from Agenda Community Preservation Committee- No Meeting Design Review- No Meeting Plan Review- No Meeting Environmental Oversight Committee- Meeting January 8, 2026 Historic District Commission- No Meeting Next Meeting: Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 10:30AM in the Waquoit Meeting Room at Town Hall. They are going to finish Open Space and Recreation along with Transportation and Sustainability. Mr. Hansen and Mr. Oakley will not be in attendance ADJOURNMENT MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to adjourn the meeting of the January 7, 2026 Planning Board meeting at 8:20PM.
