They missed their Nov. <br /> 3rd start date by a couple of weeks. Interior work was great and all he needs is an As Built <br /> Plan to close that out with a letter for the file. <br /> 31 Ashumet and 474 Main St. <br /> The civil sitework is done (septic, parking, paving, site lighting, and signage). Mr. Pesce will <br /> reach out to the project engineer, Bracken Engineering, and make sure they have a radar for <br /> an As Built Plan. The tight tank and high fill alarm tank were not connected yet. That is part of <br /> the BOH review. <br /> Willow Circle <br /> Home construction is completed with the final paving remaining. The final entrance and exit <br /> gate and underground piping had been installed along with mounts for the gate, none of the <br /> system had been set up yet. He will check on that next week and will need an As Built Plan. <br /> Country Club Estates- Phase 3 <br /> This is just getting started, he has reviewed some plans. Revised plans were to his <br /> satisfaction, these plans were approved over 20 years ago. They need to improve drainage <br /> performance, the status remains no different from two weeks ago. The signage remains to be <br /> seen along the entrance road and Old Barnstable Road. Mr. Pesce will meet on site with the <br /> superintendent of the site and Mr. Hansen and Mr. Balzarini will be invited as well. <br /> Mashpee Commons <br /> They are in their next phase for construction, as requested through the Zoning Board, the <br /> comprehensive permit was reviewed by him and the utility providers. Sewer was inspected, <br /> with the manholes and lines vacuum tested. The infrastructure is installed. This project will <br /> continue for the next two years for building. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Vote on Topspin Cash Surety pending Subdivision Approval <br /> Tabled until the Public Hearing is closed. <br /> CHAIRS REPORT <br /> None <br /> TOWN PLANNER REPORT <br /> 11 <br />
