of TMs s,s <br /> z. <br /> Aannin Board <br /> c� <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> .wlashpee, Aassachusetts 02649 <br /> Ms. Waygan noted the Certificate of Action for 20 and 20-A: the certificate certifies that at the <br /> meeting on January 7, 2026 the Mashpee Planning Board made its decision under applicable <br /> Massachusetts Statute and Mashpee Bylaws and Regulations on the application of Mashpee <br /> Commons Limited Partnership, for the endorsement of a plan believed not to require <br /> approval, on land identified on the Assessors map as 74 Parcels 20 and 20-A, addressed as <br /> East of Market Street and North of Jobs Fishing Road, which was filed on January 7, 2026. <br /> The application has been endorsed Approval Not Required. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to approve that Certificate of Action for Approval Not <br /> Required. Seconded by Mr. Oakley. All in favor. <br /> The Mylar was signed by Board members. <br /> BOARD ENGINEER REPORT <br /> Project Reviews and Inspections <br /> Osprey Court <br /> The infrastructure including drainage and electrical is installed and binder paving was placed. <br /> Now they are waiting to start construction of the homes. The Board had requested release of <br /> covenant and surety required for the incomplete line items.
