MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> APPROVED: 01/13/2026 <br /> Present: Ruth Nickerson, Bethany Geatrakas, Mary LeClair, Kate Milde, Joan <br /> Lyons, Ann Macdonald <br /> Absent: Sandi Lahart <br /> Also Present: Kathy Mahoney- Library Director <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Co-Chair Beth Geatrakas called the meeting of the Library Trustees to order at <br /> 6:OOPM. Roll Call of members. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES — October 21 , 2025 <br /> Ruth Nickerson would like to add her comment about gathering bylaw revision <br /> input from individual members. Articles were categorized more accurately. Ann <br /> Macdonald wasn't at the meeting, but she inquired about the conflict of interest, <br /> and it was answered that the Chair should not be liaison to the Friends, as it <br /> gives one single person potentially more authority than their peers. Clarification <br /> was made from Article 12 to MGL Section 12. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Ruth Nickerson made a motion to postpone the acceptance of the <br /> minutes for October 21, 2025, until the following meeting. Seconded <br /> by Mary LeClair.
