(Representative: Strong Tree Engineering) 43- xxxx The Commission opened the public hearing for the project at 15 Nehoiden Road, which involves a proposed addition to an existing single-family home. At the start of the hearing, staff confirmed that no DEP file number had been issued for the application and because the absence of a DEP file number prevents the Commission from confirming the completeness of the filing or determining DEP jurisdiction and review requirements, the application was deemed procedurally incomplete and not eligible for substantive review at this time. Staff noted that this situation mirrored the circumstances of the preceding agenda item and required the same procedural response.
