Staff reported that grant-funded projects remain <br /> active and are proceeding as planned. <br /> It was noted that landowner approvals are currently being pursued for projects associated with Red Brook and the <br /> Mashpee River. As part of these efforts,public outreach and listening sessions ("talking circles") are being <br /> scheduled in coordination with Tribal representatives and Town residents to ensure community concerns are fully <br /> heard and incorporated into project planning. <br /> A request was made for advance notice of upcoming public outreach events to be announced during Commission <br /> meetings, for the benefit of both commissioners and the public. Staff noted that project updates and outreach <br /> event information are posted on the "Source to Sea"project website, which serves as the central information hub <br /> for the Red Brook and Upper Quashnet initiatives. <br /> Staff indicated that, when feasible, upcoming outreach events could also be mentioned during meetings to ensure <br /> broader awareness. <br /> I <br />
