Cotton-Clerk <br />Selectman Michael Richardson <br />Town Manager Rodney C. Collins <br />Assistant Town Manager Wayne E. Taylor <br />Meeting Called to order by Chair Michaela A. Wyman-Colombo at 6:00 p.m. <br />Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br />Opening <br />Pledge of Allegiance <br />Moment of Silence <br />Town Manager Addresses License Renewal for Cape Cod Dog Center, 31 Evergreen Circle <br />The Mashpee Town Manager will conduct a public hearing to consider the 2026 Kennel License <br />Renewal for Cape Cod Dog Center, 31 Evergreen Circle, Mashpee MA. Said hearing will take place <br />on Tuesday January 12,2025 at 6:00 PM in the Waquoit Meeting Room at Mashpee Town Hall, 16 <br />Great Neck Road North, Mashpee MA. Because the Select Board does not have any authority with <br />respect to kennel licenses, it is recommended that anyone with questions or comments about this <br />th <br />matter attend the hearing on January 13, where there will be a brief public comment period. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT FOR CURRENT AGENDA ITEMS <br />Lynee Barbee of Surf Drive commented on the Town’s trash and recycling services. She stated that <br />she is a regular user of the Transfer Station and praised the sta? for being helpful and supportive. <br />Barbee noted concerns with the food waste composting area, citing flooding during rain events and <br />overfilled bins, particularly on weekends. She suggested improvements such as a covered structure <br />to reduce mess and improve accessibility. <br />Minutes <br /> Review of Draft Minutes of the December 8, 2025 Regular Session Meeting <br /> <br />Motion made by Selectman Cotton to approve the meeting minutes of Dec,8 2025. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Richardson. <br />Vote: 3-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
