<br />Select Board <br />December 22,2025 <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Selectman Cotton-yes <br />Selectman Richardson- yes <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> <br />Public Hearing: Application by Saints and Sinners, LLC dba The Rock Wood Fired Pizza, 35 <br />South Street <br /> <br />Pursuant to Chapter 138, Section 16A of the Massachusetts General Laws, the Select Board held a <br />public hearing on the application for a new all-alcoholic beverages license for the former Wicked <br />Pizza location. <br /> Donald Bellis, representing Saints and Sinners, LLC dba The Rock Wood Fired Pizza, presented the <br />application. <br />Selectman Cotton asked whether Bellis had previously operated with a liquor license. Bellis <br />responded that he created The Rock Wood Fired Pizza approximately 30 years ago in Washington <br />State and has held liquor licenses in Washington, Texas, and Colorado. He noted that he currently <br />resides full-time in Sagamore Beach. <br />Selectman Richardson asked about hours of operation. Bellis stated the restaurant would operate <br />from approximately 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. or midnight, seven days a week, serving lunch and <br />dinner. <br /> Chair Wyman-Colombo commented that the application appeared complete and in order. Town <br />Manager Rodney Collins stated that Bellis comes highly recommended. <br />With no public comment the Select Board took the following action. <br /> <br />Motion made by Selectman Richardson to close the public hearing <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br />Vote: 3-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Cotton-yes <br />Selectman Richardson- yes <br /> <br />Motion made by Selectman Richardson to approve the request for a year round all alcoholic <br />beverage license for Saints and Sinners LLC dba The Rock Wood Fired Pizza. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br />Vote: 3-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
