<br />Select Board <br />December 22,2025 <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Selectman Richardson- yes <br /> <br />Review of Proposed Amendments to Shellfish Regulation – Chris Avis, Shellfish Constable <br />Town Manager Rodney Collins recommended that the Board table the review of the proposed <br />amendments to the Shellfish Regulations, noting that additional items need to be considered by the <br />Board. The Town Manager stated that the Board is welcome to provide comments or ask questions <br />regarding the materials received to date. <br />Motion made by Selectman Cotton to table the review of proposed amendments to Shellfish <br />Regulation. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Richardson. <br />Vote: 3-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Cotton-yes <br />Selectman Richardson- yes <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS & CORRESPONDENCE <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Proclamation – Suzanne Faith, RN, CDP <br />The Board presented a proclamation honoring Suzanne Faith, RN, CDP, in recognition of her <br />dedication and commitment to dementia care. <br />Motion made by Selectman Cotton to move forward with the proclamation. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Richardson. <br />Vote: 3-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Cotton-yes <br />Selectman Richardson- yes <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT FOR ANY ITEM NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Lynee Barbee addressed the Board regarding a proposed roundabout at the intersection near <br />Attaquin. Barbee expressed concern that the proposed roundabout would be dangerous for <br />pedestrians, particularly during the summer months. <br /> Barbee stated that she supports addressing stormwater issues at Attaquin Park but believes the <br />proposed plan is too large in scope. She noted that the parking lot frequently fills by late afternoon <br />and expressed concern about the loss of parking spaces. Barbee voiced opposition to the project as <br />initially proposed and requested that the Town consider a smaller-scale solution. <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />
