<br />Select Board <br />December 8,2025 <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />WATER QUALITY UPDATES <br />Chair Wyman-Colombo reported that she had visited MASS TECH and learned more about <br />a urine-diversion toilet. The product, being developed by an American manufacturer, <br />resembles a conventional toilet, and a model is expected to be publicly advertised within <br />the upcoming months. Wyman-Colombo noted that the use of a domestically <br />manufactured product may facilitate faster approvals from the American Plumbing <br />Association and the State Plumbing Association <br />TOWN MANAGER UPDATES <br />The Town Manager provided several updates to the Select Board. He noted that reviews of <br />the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) will begin shortly. <br />The Town Manager announced a planned Town Hall closure on Friday, December 19, for <br />sta? training, with the possibility of an additional training day in January or February. During <br />the closure, sta? will be working but the Town Hall will not be open to the public. <br />The Town Manager also informed the Board of an upcoming road closure on Monday, <br />December 15, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A detour will be in place for Route 130 due to <br />Phase 2 of the wastewater project, with staging occurring behind Town Hall as part of the <br />project activities. <br />Motion made by Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson to approve town closure for working <br />purposes on December 19. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br />Vote: 5-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />17 <br /> <br /> <br />
