Select Board
December 8,2025
Minutes

Motion seconded by Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson.

Vote: 5-0 Unanimous
Roll Call Vote
Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes
Selectman Weeden-yes
Selectman Cotton-yes
Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes
Selectman Richardson- yes

Attorney Robert Mills appeared before the Select Board on behalf of Concert Golf Partners,
accompanied by Jason Adams, General Manager of the golf club. Adams presented an
executive summary describing the proposal, explaining that no speciļ¬c events are currently
scheduled because the club has not yet received the appropriate license. The intended
usage of the license is to allow modest events such as baby showers, birthday parties, and
similar small gatherings.

Town Manager Rodeny Collins stated that, based on conversations with the Alcoholic
Beverages Control Commission (ABCC), there were no concerns, and therefore he was
comfortable proceeding. Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson inquired whether issuing a provisional
approval was possible, expressing concerns about fairness and credibility, as other annual
license holders must meet established requirements. Selectman Richardson questioned
the necessity of a provisional approach, while Selectman Weeden cautioned that doing so
could set a precedent regarding interpretation of ABCC guidelines. Selectwoman Kelley-
Wilson reiterated that while year-round operation is positive, her concern was rooted in
equity among license holders.

5
