Select Board
December 8,2025
Minutes

Attorney Mills responded that the applicant is seeking a year-round license to actively utilize
it, not to hold it without purpose. He emphasized that Concert Golf Partners intends to
recoup its investment by hosting legitimate o?-season events such as weddings and
functions, and that the license is not being sought merely as a formality. He stated that the
applicants understand the purpose of the license and how it is meant to be used. Chair
Wyman-Colombo noted that the license would be granted with the understanding that the
operation must meet ABCC guidelines and that, if it does not, the ABCC would become
involved.

Attorney Mills further clarified that the ABCC has guidelines rather than strict regulations
governing such usage and that, to his knowledge, the ABCC typically becomes involved only
if issues arise. He emphasized that the applicants’ primary obligation is to satisfy the Select
Board and noted that the Board could call them back for review if it appeared the license was
not being properly utilized.

Motion made by Selectman Richardson to close the public hearing.
Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton.

Vote: 5-0 Unanimous
Roll Call Vote
Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes
Selectman Weeden-yes
Selectman Cotton-yes
Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes
Selectman Richardson- yes

Presentation of Hometown Hero Proclamations – Jack Barowski and Brodie Perry, Boy Scout
Troop 36
6
