She will have something for <br /> the next packet. <br /> CHAIRS REPORT <br /> No activities to report. <br /> TOWN PLANNER REPORT <br /> AHC Speaker Series <br /> The next meeting is February 3rd at 6:30PM with Erin Perry, Deputy Director of the Cape Cod <br /> Commission and Rena Hammond with the Barnstable County Home Consortium. There will be <br /> discussion about Affordable Housing at county level. <br /> Willow Circle <br /> This is coming back before the Board in March. The developer and the abutter, Ms. Souza, <br /> were able to come to an agreement with trees and plant modifications. <br /> Tree Preservation Bylaw <br /> Ms. Waygan was contacted by people in Brewster trying to get something similar passed in <br /> town and she referred them to the Town Planner. Mr. Tobin also noted he has fielded phone <br /> calls from the Marthas Vineyard Commission about the genesis of the bylaw and how it works, <br /> and overall it is working nicely. There will be some minor tweaks on the horizon, for example, <br /> how to handle cut thoughts with utilities and driveways. <br /> Spring Town Meeting Warrant <br /> This will be discussed more at the February 4t" meeting, as these are due on Monday, <br /> February 9t".
