Baker & Taylor was one of two major suppliers in the industry, which <br /> means many libraries who relied exclusivelyon Baker& Taylor will be left without <br /> a vendorfor acquiring books and other library materials. Libraries can use other <br /> vendors such as Amazon or Barnes and Noble to purchase books, but they do <br /> not offer libraries the same service models (processing and cataloging records) <br /> as Baker & Taylor and Ingram. <br /> TRUSTEE EDUCATION/WORK SESSION PART II <br /> 1 <br />
