Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, October 21, 2025 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Mr. Tobin asked the particulars of the southeast area section on the plan. Mr. Schmigle <br /> said that area is the impound lot, and will be fenced in. <br /> Mr. Schmigle said there will be 12-16 parking spaces that are EV ready in the secured <br /> area and is State code. <br /> Mr. Morris said there are two questions; the building height, and if Cape Cod Commission <br /> review is required. A building permit is required to be submitted with the Building <br /> Department for the demolition, and a building permit requires controlled construction <br /> documents with the affidavits and engineered stamped drawings. <br /> Mr. Schmigle will provide a cursory bid package earlier if necessary prior to submitting <br /> the permit application. There will be a pre-kick-off meeting with the contractors of the <br /> building and building officials to review any particulars. <br /> Mr. Morris asked for further discussion. <br /> Discussion <br /> Questions raised about the building height, and if the project requires Cape Cod <br /> Commission review. <br /> Tom Rose, Deputy Police Chief <br /> Mr. Rose mentioned that he has a text message sent to the Police Chief asking if he <br /> knows if the project requires the Cape Cod Commission review. <br /> Mr. Tobin made a motion to recommend approval of the proposed Police Station as <br /> submitted. Mr. Peltier second. <br /> Mr. Morris took a roll call vote; Ms. Laurent, yes, Mr. Seabury, yes, Mr. Tobin, yes, Mr. <br /> Peltier, yes, Mr. Rose, yes, and Mr. Collins, yes. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Morris asked for a motion to adjourn. Mr. Collins made a motion to adjourn. Mr. <br /> Seabury second. All were in favor.
